Track project uncertainty and connect mitigation work to the rest of the project.
Use the risk register
Create a risk when uncertainty could materially affect the project and is worth monitoring or mitigating. Keep the title concise and use the record's details for the consequence and response.
- Review risks as the design changes.
- Link risks to the requirements or work they affect when useful.
- Close or update risks rather than leaving stale risk states in the project.
Free-plan behaviour
The current Free plan allows up to 5 risks per project. Pro removes that count limit.
