Tests and verification evidence
Tests should record enough context that somebody can understand what was evaluated and what the result means. Requirement verification evidence can associate an entry with a requirement and a verification method such as test, analysis, inspection or demonstration.
Decision register
Design decisions are Notebook entries with a dedicated decision workflow. Create a decision from the Decision Register and record the decision, reasoning, alternatives, trade-offs and outcome rather than leaving important design rationale in chat messages or memory.
Design reviews
Design Reviews capture formal review points, scope and outcomes. Reviews can be scoped to the whole project, a subsystem or a component, and review actions can be tracked after the review.
